We at One Vision understand the constraints of our emergency services & military personnel with altering locations, shift times, patterns & deployment places on them, together with trying to lead a family life may sometime seem like a barrier which potentially is difficult for them or their family to engage in mental health support.

With this at the forefront of our minds we at OVUS endeavour to be as versatile as possible when offering our counselling services.

We offer counselling by various means or platforms.

• Face to face in our safe, confidential & private counselling room

• Remotely via zoom or microsoft teams

• Telephone counselling

• We also offer late night counselling on a Tuesday until 8pm
